
Mountain Biking
Mountain biking is a very popular activity for anyone who can already ride a bike and has a reasonable level of fitness.
A mountain biking session would usually consist of a quick look at peoples personal riding skills and a short introduction to some new riding skills that will be useful on a ride.
The ride would then be over rough terrain with some very fast sections of downhill biking and some very slow technical downhill sections demanding your every care and attention. The rides will be tailored to meet the needs of the group accordingly.
£50 per day per person (includes 2 x 3 hour activity sessions and a packed lunch)
