Intoduction to Indoor Rock Climbing - 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th May
4 sessions aimed at introducing a complete novice to indoor climbing. By the end of the course you will have learned all the necessary skills to climb safely without supervision at an indoor climbing wall.

Introduction to Outdoor Rock Climbing - 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd June
4 sessions aimed at introducing a beginner climber to the sport of outdoor rock climbing. You will learn all the necessary skills to climb outdoors safely on top rope systems without supervision.
